Marcos who earned the No. 66 spot on the ATP rankings after winning the Tashkent Challenger the past week, made some extra concrete steps today, towards rising up in the world tennis professional scene, after exhibiting some of his best tennis so far in the final of this ATP 250 event in Sweden.
Our Champion completely conquered the court today, with high percentages on all his shots, playing very solid and showing a high degree of personal confidence in his game, giving no chances to his opponent to react. This was our Champion's first victory in an ATP World Tour event since February 2007 in Zagreb.
