Our Champion Marcos Baghdatis, after playing one more tough match, did not manage to reach the finals of the Swiss Indoors in Basel - Switzerland, dropping down against Jarko Nieminen of Finland, 7-6, 6-2. It was obviously a very tough week for our Champion who competed both in the singles as well as the doubles event with S. Wawrinka, reaching the semi-finals against the Bryan brothers. Marcos now heads on to France for the Paris Masters, starting on Monday.
