Our Champion Marcos Baghdatis, did not manage to overcome the battle against Spaniard Rafael Nadal, in front of his home crowd, in the second round of this week´s Masters Series in Madrid, droping out 6-4, 6-4. Our Champion, had an excellent game against the World's No. 2 player, leading 3-1 up in the first set and just dropping down two service games at 4-4 in both sets. Marcos is now scheduled to continue at Basel, Switzerland for next week's tournament series.
