The Famagusta Club Tennis Pancyprian 2007, ended up with great success, this Sunday 14th of October. The tournament took place at the Famagusta Tennis Club in Limassol and with a total of 290 participants and more than 600 matches scheduled, tennis fans got the chance to experience more than two weeks of great tennis.
The major sponsors of the event were Cytanet and Talianos Sports. Additional supporting sponsors include the American Academy, Atlas Capital and Leo Patriotis Ltd.
In the trophies ceremony, all winners and runners up were given awards from representatives of the Sponsors, the Famagusta Tennis Club, the President of the Cyprus Tennis Federation as well as the Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Famagusta.
In the Mens event, Din Georghiou of the Famagusta Club was the big winner, defeating George Kallis, 7-6, 6-4. Details of all the scores can be found at our Local Tennis Schedule page.
